Skeletal Metal Had a great opportunity to spend some time with Frank Mir on 8/31/09 while he was working out with Mark Philippi at the Philippi Sports Institute (www.philippisportsinstitute.com). Frank Mir looked strong, but there was no word regarding upcoming fights. Mir was composed and put in a solid workout. When Mark Philippi asked if Mir still wanted to be number one, Mir simply looked him in the eye and said: "It's not something I want to do. It's something I need to do."
