Exchange policy*

Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customers once they have received it is non-exchangeable.

In case you miscalculate your ring size and need another ring, we will ship out the second ring (after receiving the first one back), shipping charges will be charged to the same card used in the original transaction.

In the event you would like to exchange your jewelry that has not been altered or damaged you will be responsible for returning the item to us within 3o days of purchase. Skeletal Metal will not accept any jewelry that is damaged due to your negligence in shipping.

Custom Jewelry Exchange

Recon Cable and Recon Cable bracelet are custom made to fit your wrist using the size that was provided to us at the time of purchace. Skeletal Metal will except no exchanges or refunds for these items

Ion Plating

This technique is used to apply the black coloring to our stainless steel jewelry. Although it is very durable, the black plating is susceptible to scratches. Skeletal Metal is not responsible for ion plated jewelry that has been scratched or otherwise damaged due to misuse, accidental, incidental or intentional abuse, tempering or the wear and tear of normal use.

Powder Coating

This technique is used to apply color to our stainless steel jewelry. Although durable, this coating is susceptible to scratches and chips. Skeletal Metal is not responsible for powder coated jewelry that has been scratched, chipped or otherwise damaged due to misuse, accidental, incidental or intentional abuse, tempering or the wear and tear of normal use.

Usage Terms

Skeletal Metal Surgical Jewelry is a fashion accessory. Skeletal Metal reconstruction plates are NOT to be used in surgery or any other medical procedure in any way or under any circumstance. Doing so may cause further injury or death.

Gift cards/Vouchers

Gift cards/vouchers may take up to 72hrs to process. If you do not receive your gift card or voucher after 72hrs, please contact us by email, or call our customer service hotline.

Gift cards/vouchers may only be redeemed at www.skeletalmetal.com. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards/vouchers are not valid in stores where Skeletal Metal jewelry is sold. Gift cards/vouchers have no cash value.
